Business Professional Association Canada hosts Speed Networking event Sept. 9

BPA Canada is hosting a Speed Networking event Thursday September 9 geared to bring like-minded professionals together for a one-on-one dialogue with potential customers.  This networking opportunity will bring you together for a face-to-face, two minute conversation with another professional. Unlike most networking events, we guarantee you will have the opportunity to meet everyone in the room, as well you will be handed a list of the people who attend. There will also be an informal networking session  following the main event allowing you to follow up with anyone you met during the session. Light refreshments will be served. The event will take place at:
Harmony Creek Golf Centre, Solarium, 1000 Bloor Street Oshawa
Sept 9th, 2010 6:30 p.m.: registration   7:00 p.m.: networking starts
Cost: $15.00 BPA Members $10.00

Oshawa BPA holds Sales Seminar

Gord Bartley of StrategicSales.ca will be the guest presenter at the September 16 meeting of the Oshawa BPA.  Gord is a sales coach and trainer in Durham Region offering a variety of programs customized to meet his clients' needs. Noted Entreprenuer to speak at Port Perry BPA meeting Sept. 22

Noted entrepreneur and speaker, Betty Penny of Penny and Associates and Scugog Island Cruises, will be guest speaker at the Sept. 22 meeting of the  Port Perry BPA, held at The Front Porch Restaurant 187 Queen St. Port Perry starting 7:45 a.m. Her talk will be focusing on business building.
